Villa Oasis is a brand-new modern-tropical villa with a relaxed boho character. Indoors, a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area — terrazzo counters, teak joinery and an olive-toned accent wall — opens to the garden through full-height glass. The bedrooms are calm and characterful: a statement suite with a back-lit floral-mural headboard, a serene twin room dressed in indigo ikat, and a garden-view double with charcoal linen and coastal artwork. Rental terms

Monthly: Rp 45,000,000/month · Yearly: Rp 510,000,000/year. Minimum stay 1 month. Payment: 10% deposit to confirm and block your dates, 10% refundable security deposit on signing, and the balance due 1 week before check-in. Check-in 3 PM · check-out 11 AM (late check-out by written arrangement at least 1 week ahead; extra charges may apply). The security deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out subject to no damage or loss. An inventory list is provided at check-in and the villa should be returned in the same condition.

Not included: electricity beyond the initial token (you top up via the meter ID we provide), refills of coffee/tea/sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo & soap, and linen/towel changes. Pets are not allowed. For yearly rentals, all linen and towels are the tenant's responsibility.
